At Aroma Concepts LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase; if you are not, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and unused products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been sprayed or opened.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the fragrance in its original box and place it inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or your own trackable shipping method to the package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
